Privacy Policy

When you submit a quote request on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and project details you provide. We do not collect anything you do not give us directly.

The site uses standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and basic traffic measurement. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.

Quote enquiries are used to contact you about the job you asked about, prepare a written quote, and follow up if you choose to proceed. We do not add you to any marketing list. We do not send newsletters.

If we complete work for you, we keep the project records (quote, invoice, photos, product specifications) for warranty purposes. These are stored on our office systems and are not shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. The only third parties who see your details are: our email host (for transactional emails), our accounting software (for invoices on completed work), and trade suppliers if a job requires a specific colour-matching or product order in your name.

We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@harbourpaint.co.nz.
