Required perimeter scaffold and a swing stage on the rear elevation (no street access). Worked Saturdays only on the street-facing elevations to avoid pedestrian disruption; weekday work on the rear and side walls.
Resene Sonyx 101 over Sureseal primer, in Resene Half Tea for the body and Resene Cod Grey on the cornice detailing. All balcony soffits repainted in the same system.
Project value $112,000 including scaffold and waste. Six weeks on site. Body corp AGM sign-off the following month.
