Insurer's loss adjuster scoped to repaint affected surfaces only, plus colour-matched cut lines on adjacent walls. We worked with the broker to extend scope on the master bedroom ceiling — the staining was severe enough that a partial repaint would have shown.
Damp readings before sealing, oil-based stain blocker, then two coats of SpaceCote Flat on ceilings and Low Sheen on walls. Five days on site after the framing dried.
