Pre-wash, rust treatment on all exposed steel, full ridge re-pointing, three coats of heat-reflective coating finished in Nutec Pewter. Estimated 18-20 years of additional life before a re-roof is needed.
Cost was approximately one-third the price of replacing the roof. Owners chose to redirect the difference into solar panels.
