New retail tenancy in Johnsonville mall, 180m² floorplate. Fit-out builder ran late; we had Tuesday 6pm to Friday 8pm to complete a full paint scope before signage and shelving went in over Saturday morning.
Ceilings and walls in Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen, custom-tinted to the brand colour standard. Two feature walls in a saturated brand red — three coats over a tinted primer to hit the saturation.
All joinery brush-applied in Aquanamel. Worked overnight Wednesday and Thursday with a two-painter crew. Handover Friday 7pm; tenancy opened Saturday 10am on schedule.
