Commercial interior
Petone retail fit-out
New tenancy on Jackson Street. Walls, ceilings, joinery, signage prep. Weekend and night work to hit a Monday open. Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen throughout.
Residential interior
Eastbourne whole-house interior
Four bedrooms, two living areas, kitchen and three bathrooms. Low-VOC Aquanamel on trim, Zylone for ceilings. Family lived in during the job.
Roof coating
Karori roof restoration
Decramastic tile roof, full clean, rust treatment, two-coat acrylic system in Coloursteel Karaka. Ten-year product warranty on top of our workmanship cover.
Body corporate
Body corp block, Mount Cook
Six-unit body corp, full exterior repaint including common stairwells and balconies. Phased over three weeks to minimise tenant disruption. Resene X-200 sealer system.
Rental property
Tawa rental refresh
Three-bed rental, full interior, ten working days between tenants. Bathroom waterproof primer, all trim re-cut, walls in landlord-friendly hard-wear washable acrylic.
